The New York Post spotted Mandy Moore and Matthew Perry dating on Beverly Hills , Calif., restaurant. Mandy was just 23 and Matthew is 38. Matthew was spotted waiting for her for 15 minutes until Mandy arrived and stood up to give her a kiss on the cheek. They were holding their hands across the table laughing the whole time.
